La Oveja Negra is a hybrid restaurant and coffee shop that redefines casual dining by blending elevated cuisine with the warmth and approachability of a café. As the Interior and Project Designer, I collaborated closely with the brand from the early conceptual stages to help shape a spatial identity that reflects its vision and values. My role encompassed the full scope of interior architecture—including space planning, custom furniture design, material selection, and the curation and procurement of furnishings—to create a cohesive environment that seamlessly transitions from relaxed daytime coffee moments to intimate evening dining.

The design is grounded in clean lines, noble materials, and a warm, earthy palette, with an emphasis on texture and craftsmanship. Key artisanal elements add depth and authenticity to the space. The result is a versatile and emotionally engaging interior that reflects the essence of the brand and offers guests a memorable, multi-sensory experience throughout the day.
